He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Barryton; his son Michael Ingram of Texas; and his stepchildren, Tod Gelina of Lansing, Jennifer Sanson of Big Rapids and Michelle Phillips (Steven) of Holt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
