We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2023, at the age of 76, Janis C. Friedman of Barryton, Michigan, born in Beaumont, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Laughlin and Dorothy Gregory; her daughter Sheila; and her close friend Walter Simonet. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Bowles (Chad) and Jason Hug (Lori); and her siblings, Leona Ruth Bowles, Nancy Terry (Mark) and Stanley Lepiarz (Dona). She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one on the way; several nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
