She is survived by: her children, Rick Ploeg (Sheryl), Terrie McSorley (Bruce), Marge Smith (Scott), John Ploeg (Cindy), Barb Baareman (Todd), Gilbert Ploeg (Vonda), Tracy Gallagher (Brian) and Mike Ploeg (Melissa). She is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brothers and sister; many nieces and nephews.

Memorials: American Heart Association Geraldine Emily (Karpinski) Ploeg, age 86, of Barryton, MI, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
