She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Katzenberger; her husband Robert F. Polzin; her sons, Gary Hemlock and Rodney; her son-in-law Jerry Quick; her stepson Bobby; her stepson-in-law Louis Zinn; and her siblings, Frederick Katzenberger, Irma Frost, Marion Prueter, Doris Gubbins and Joyce Mook.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Quick (Zeke Eberly) of Barryton; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Polzin of Hemlock; and her stepchildren, Sharon Zinn of Katy, TX and Jerry Polzin (Gwen) of Las Vegas. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
