It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Markel John Klaska of Bad Axe, Michigan, born in Harbor Beach, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Klaska and Donna Klaska (Tischendorf); his stepmother Elouise Klaska; and his siblings, Jean Klaska, Judy Klaski, Richard and Roger Klaski.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Siemen; his pet Oscar; his children, Joe Holdwick (Tracy), Julie Carter (James), Shelley Ahearn (Franklin), Jesse Klaska (Hope) and Jamie Klaska; his grandchildren, Courtney, Kayla, Kyle, James, Monica, Brandon and Dominic; his great grandchildren, Liam, Lucas, Kylie, Scarlet and Jackson; and his siblings, Lovdie Reyes, Doris Klaska, Chester Jr. Klaska (Lori), Kim Klaska (Diane) and John Klaski.
