He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sageman; his children, Amber R. Loomis (Chuck), Jason D. Osantowski, Jr. and Dustin Sageman; his grandchildren, Alyvia, Coleston, Chace and Aubrey Loomis; his mother Rozella Osantowski; his siblings, Nancy Jurgess (Matt), Donna Arn, Stanley Osantowski Jr., Kenneth Osantowski (Cami) and Ervin Osantowski; and his sisters-in-law, Amy, Michelle, Wendy, Kimberly and Barbara Sageman. He is also survived by grandfather to his four grandchildren.
