He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Shaw and Zora Gray Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Janice Shaw (Hamilton); his children, Michael J. Shaw (Rainelle) of Lawrence, Rhonda Herron of Lawrence and Bradley Jon Shaw (Fran) of Kalamazoo; and his great grandchildren, Franklin Hamilton and Joyce Kerns. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
