He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jack, Joseph, Joshua, Savannah, James Phillips and Elizabeth Blay; his great grandchild Scott William; his children, Jennifer Phillips (Jack) and William Jr. Blay (Angie); and his brothers, Craig (Cindy), Drake (Mary), Lance (Martha) and Shawn Blay. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and wonderful friends.
