She is survived by: her children, Gerald Bejma, Steve Bejma (Lisa) and Lynn Smith (Michael); her grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Nicole (Dan), Amy, Katy, Paul and Christopher; her great grandchild Kain; her brother Paul Makosky; and her daughter-in-law Linda Collins.
Memorial tributes would be appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
