She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bass and Annie Bass (Smith); her husband James Elmer Tilton; her sisters, Ann Grubba, Jessie Hart, Eleanor Fenn and Ina Harley; and her son-in-law Charles Wansedel.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Balaze (Louis) of Caseville, Stephen Tilton of Allenton, Barbara DeVos (Paul) of Fraser, Kasandra Wylin of Richmond, Bradley Tilton of Shelby Township, Nancy Wansedel of Macomb, Mark Tilton (Amy) of Chesterfield and Randy Tilton (Brenda) of Algonac. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
