He was predeceased by: his son Trenton R. Mokma. He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Jo Mokma, Presley Rae Willms (Adam) and Keenan Wayne Mokma (Leah); his grandchildren, Joseph, Trace, Ezra, Miyara and Takoda; his siblings, John Mokma and Donna Swanson; and his siblings-in-law, Todd Hulst (Christie) and Nicki DeVries (Jeff). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
