He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry William and Eva Millhouse (Smith); his wife Patty (Diller); his children, Mishell Sobieralski (Dylan), John Henry Millhouse (Winter), Tony Mitchell, Jonathan Millhouse (Lynette) and Arthur Earlee Millhouse; his siblings, Sharon Millhouse, Judy Barton (Jerry), Nancy Hudson (Joesph) and Shady Millhouse (Kelly); his half-sister Charlotte Millhouse; and his son Willard Millhouse. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren.
