He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kendall and Eunice Kendall (Parsons); his brother James Kendall, Jr.; and his daughter Mary Katherine "Kathy" Hoff (Kendall). He is survived by: his wife Judith Kendall (Hitchcock); his children, Thomas Kendall, Jr. (Suzanne), Christina Kendall (Iain Penman) and William Kendall; his grandchildren, Travis, Kimberly (Michael), David, Mark, Thomas (Kylee), Caitlyn (William), Taylor and Cody (Kara); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Tylar, Arya, Joshua, Luke, Liam, Azaiah and Saige; and his sister Eleanore Huff (Earl). He is also survived by many other family members & special friends.
