He is survived by: his former wife Doris Moore; his spouse Shirley Joann Randle; his children, Diane Rose, Debra Berry, David Skutt (Pat), Bobby Skutt (Vonna), Roger Jr. Skutt (Tiffany), George Skutt (Becky), Kim Anderson (Nolan), Wynona Moore (Noni), Peggy Moore, Bonnie and Bruce Skutt; and his siblings, Ann, David, Betty, Gordon and Jerry.

Memorial contributions in Roger's name are suggested to the Faith Baptist Church in Allegan.
