She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Anspach and Frances Anspach (James); her husband Jack Happy Chase; and her sisters, Dolores Lester and Colleen Anspach.
She is survived by: her son Jack Chase (Shawna); and her sister Gladene Pattison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
