He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald K. Bollinger and Lela Bollinger (Shelly); his son Thomas J. Bollinger; his son-in-law Ronald Edward Cone; and his sister Lois King.
He is survived by: his spouse Kay Ellen Perrigo; his daughter Deborah Kay Bollinger; and his sister Janice Farley.
