He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roger and Wanda Carns (Caulkins). He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Carns (Allison), Chris Carns (Kaileigh), Conner Carns and Cooper Carns; his grandchildren, Brantley, Adalynn, Haven and Granger; and his siblings, Bruce Carns (Ann), Cheryl Noteboom (Keaven) and Janet Nagel (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
