He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Simpson and Vera Simpson (Lewis); his wife Pamela Simpson (Black); his mother-in-law Hildegard Black; his grandparents, Lola Mae Bell, Corine Simpson, Kyser Lewis and Wheeler Simpson; his sister Evelyn Simpson; his daughter Camille Simpson; his nephew Lamar Black Jr.; his children, Caleb Simpson and Samantha Simpson; and his sisters, Edith Best, Yvonne Simpson and LaDonna Simpson. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
