She is survived by: her children, Reginald Welch (Jackson), Terrace Welch, Sonya Garrett and Bobby Garrett; her grandchildren, Karrin, Daisha, Terrace, Taryn, Martinaye and Nychrisia; her siblings, Dorothy Stokes (Indiana), Thelma Watson (Jackson), Elijah Welch Jr. Joe (Jackson), Pamela Welch (Jackson) and Sallie Welch (Albion); her aunt Catherine Vincent (Talladega); and her uncle John Welch (Detroit). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
