She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeWeese and Lela DeWeese (Bethany); her brothers, Rudolph DeWeese, Bobbie Wayne DeWeese and Micky DeWeese; and her daughter Lela Barnes of Virginia.
She is survived by: her siblings, William DeWeese, Marilyn Green and Darline Killens; her children, Barbara Verbosky (Jim), Jerry Barnes, Jacqueline Warden and Charlene Mayfield (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Jim, Aaron, Dustin, Sam, Seth Verbosky, Tim Hixson, Amanda Barnes, Matthew Barnes, Jacob Gorski, Jalynn Warden, Conrad, Collin and Catherine Mayfield.
In lieu of flowers, Mary did not want a formal service.
