He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Wortley and Hazel E. Wortley (Vick); his wife Pamela Byers; and his brother Samuel Elliot Wortley. He is survived by: his children, Damien Allen Wortley of Addison, Shepelle Lynn Clement (Shannon) of Brooklyn, Jordin Elizabeth Wortley of Brooklyn, Billie Jo Stevens (Gregory) of Dayton and Mary Farrow of Hebron; his sisters, Sue Ellen Michael and Lucille Slater-Doren (Bill); and his sister-in-law Judy Wortley of Addison. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
