He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Mathew Miller; and his grandmother Shari L. Betz. He is survived by: his grandfather Michael Kent Betz of Jerome, MI; his mother Kendra Marie Brooks; his grandmother Kim Goszulak of Lansing, MI.; his great-grandparents, Kenneth Jacobs and Beulah Miller; his uncles, Jeff Miller (Amy) of Portage, MI, Reed Betz of Crested Butte, CO, Nathan Betz of Jerome, MI and Kirk Sherman of Lansing, MI; his brother Roman Tyre Hall; and his cousins, Alana and Brayden Miller.
Memorial contributions in Chad's name are suggested for the Addison Community Schools football and wrestling programs.
