He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Richter and Angeline Richter (Cieslewicz); and his brother Richard Richter. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Richter (Doyle); his children, Brian Richter (Deborah), Mark Richter (Marnie) and Christine Owczarzak (Tom); his grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Brandon Richter, Mya, Maria Richter, Lauren and Gabriel Owczarzak; his brother Roger Richter; his children, Deborah Richter-Polanic, Jeff Richter and Teresa Richter; and his sister-in-law Judy Richter.
