He was predeceased by: his father Robert C. Haisma. He is survived by: his significant other Mother Karen; and his siblings, Kim Scott (Dave), Robert S Haisma (Shelly) and Judy Haisma-Jackson. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
