He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marvin, James, William, David Boluyt, Madelyn Spaans, Bernadine Swinger, Wilhelmina Lindemulder, Marie Boluyt, Jean Reminga, Cornelia Rus and Katherine Kuzniak.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sons, Michael (Jodi), Neil, John (Conni), Robert (Karen) and Eric (Aimee); his sisters, Betty Kooyer (Paul), Joan Mast and Esther Dykstra; and his siblings-in-law, Clazina Rus, Kathy Rozeboom, Gerrit Rozeboom (Marie), Hank Rozeboom, Tony Rozeboom (Susan) and Gertrude Rozeboom. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
