He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Davis; and his brother Doug Davis. He is survived by: his father Melvin Davis; his wife Renee Davis; his sons, Theo Davis and CJ Davis (Sarah Deacon); his brother Tommy Davis; his siblings-in-law, Greg and Peggy Korzen; and his mother-in-law Alice Feigel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
