It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Helkowsky Sr. (York, Maine), born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Gipson (Lucky) of Wasilla and Robert Helkowsky Jr; his wife Amy Helkowsky of Berwick; his sister Joan Fiedor; his niece Jeannine Fiedor of Mt; his grandchildren, Josh Gipson (Taryl Cordova), Jamie Gipson (Alex Delanuez), Zach Blanchette and Katrina Blanchette; and also, Neil Helkowsky, Karen Cote of South Berwick and Pleasant.
Memorials in Bob's name may be made to Beacon Hospice at 25 New Hampshire Avenue, suite 272, Portsmouth, NH 03801, in lieu of flowers.
