She is survived by: her parents, Alberta Titcomb and Gerhard Pontau; her husbands, Merle Benner of Richmond and John Porter of West Gardiner; her aunt Ann; her children, Jody Alan Benner of Lafayette and Alison Marie Allen of Augusta; her brothers, Bob Pontau of Wiscasset, Mike Pontau of Wiscasset and Scott Pontau of Wiscasset; her half-brother Gerhard "Butch" Pontau of Westbrook; her grandchildren, Brady Duncan of Saco, Kate Benner and Luke Benner; and also Russell. She is also survived by the numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
