Lester Holmes (Susan); her sister Elizabeth Covell of Eastham, Mass; her daughter Judith Abbott (David); her granddaughters, Sara, Katie and Melissa; her son Brian Hammond (Sue); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrew and Melanie; her daughter Deborah Mayo (Scott); her grandsons, Jeffrey and Nathan; her child Thomas Hammond; and her grandson Nicholas.
