She is survived by: her parents, Ernest Purvis and Dolores Moran; her husband Edward L. Zelmanow of Waterboro; her son George "Taj" Purvis; her siblings, Margaret Calderwood, Heather Batey, Ernest "Rusty" Purvis and Jessica Purvis; her granddaughter Zoe Purvis; her uncle George "Buddy" Moran; and her aunt Janet Moran.
