She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Carter and Abigail Carter (Hanson); her siblings, Betty Wright (Ronald), Alden and Clayton Carter; her siblings-in-law, Harry Fox and Avis Story (Garth Sr.); and her daughter-in-law Cathy Fox (Giggey).
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Kenneth Fox; her children, Larry Fox (Sylvia), Curtis Fox (Deborah) and Charlotte Griffin (Arthur); her grandchildren, Bradley Fox, Elliot Fox (Kristen Gamboa), Christopher Fox (Andrea), Michael Fox (Linda), Abigail Fox (Tim Breckenridge) and Rebecca Bossie (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Brynna, Connor, Brody, Brayden, Irelyn, Landon and Gemma; and her close friends, Sandra Carter and Carolyn Fox (McLaughlin).
