She was predeceased by: her father Joel H. Carter. She is survived by: her mother Anne E. Gray Carter; her husband James; her sons, Marcus E. Carter (Rachel) and Wyatt; her grandchild Morgan; her siblings, Gary (Deb), Kevin (Jill) and Katrina (Marcel); her stepchildren, Briana, Savannah and James Jr.; and her pets, Ruger, Boss and Sasha. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
