Packard of Waldoboro; her children, Nathan Packard (Jan Costigan) of Waldoboro and Marie Chadwick (Wayne) of Sebec; her brother Ricky Lewis (Diana) of Bridgton; her nephew Kevin Lewis (Becky) of Waterford; her sisters, Priscilla Packard of Washington and Natalie Boudreau of Florida; her brother-in-law Jimmy Packard (Bonnie) of Union; and her son-in-law Paul Hasting of Waldoboro. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
