She is survived by: her parents, Henry Oefner and Ida Oefner.
In 1962, She moved to Kennebunkport, Maine where she was employed as Nurse at the former Webber Hospital (now Southern Maine Healthcare of Biddeford for over 41 years. She retired in 2002 and moved to Waldoboro, Maine. Ingeborg loved farm animals, gardening, cooking and spending time with family. She was predeceased by her parents, her beloved late husband Ronald H. Leach who died in 2007, her brother Karl Oefner. She is survived by her beloved son, Thomas Leach and his wife Karen of Arundel, Maine and three beloved granddaughters Jamie Powers of York, ME, Calli-Ann Leach and Katarina Leach both of Arundel, ME. Visiting hours will be held from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday September 26, 2018 at the Bibber Memorial Chapel 67 Summer Street Kennebunk, Me where a funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday September 27, 2018 at the chapel. Interment will follow at the Arundel Cemetery, Kennebunkport, ME.
