He is survived by: his parents, Jason Madore and Samantha Deckard; his great-aunt Kelly; his uncle Rick Norton; his great-grandparents, Kenneth and Shirley Beane of Strong; his grandmother Judith Deckard of Farmington; his great-grandparents, Bonnie Bell of Farmington, Robert (Bob) and Ellen Stevens of Dixfield; his grandparents, Donna, Todd Trask of Strong, Norman and Lisa Madore of New Sharon; his aunts and uncles, Christopher Deckard of Indiana, Tiffany Deckard of Farmington, Jessica Swett of Jay, Jordan Millet of Strong, Danielle Offord of Jay and Bj Madore of South Carolina; and his siblings, Brenden Williamson of Strong, Shyanne Madore, Miah Deckard, Kendrick Williamson and Jaydan Madore of Farmington.
