He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Voter and Georgena Voter (Sample); and his siblings, Jean Baston and Mahlon Voter. He is survived by: his wife Susan Voter (Newton); his children, Linda Voter of Union, CT, Lauri Voter of Las Vegas, NV and James Voter (Tracey) of Union, CT; his grandsons, Wyatt and Lucas Voter; and his siblings, Vernon Voter (Maxine), Wendell Voter (Susan), Pearl Reed (David), Eunice Shurtleff and Kenneth Livingston (Doris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
