He is survived by: his wife Anna Doughty of South Portland; his children, Cheryl (David Olson) of South Portland and Richard Doughty (Jolene Leighton); and his siblings, Patricia Mahem and David Doughty. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
