The passing of Geneva L. Padham of South Portland, Maine, born in Lewiston, Maine leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 16, 2024 at the age of 96. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Geneva's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Geneva has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan R. Longfellow and Lula Longfellow (Huff). She is survived by: her children, Michael, Catherine and Janice (Rogers); and her grandchildren, Christopher Padham, Jamie Reier, Samantha Rogers and Nathan Rogers. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maine Alzheimer's Association or to the Pleasant St. United Methodist Church, 61 Pleasant St., Waterville.
