It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Sylvester Neuts of South Portland, Maine, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Neuts and Helen Neuts; his wife Della; and his brother Richard Neuts (Buddy). He is survived by: his grandson John D Neuts; his children, Dana (Robyn) of Scarborough, Diana Philbrick (Bob) of Falmouth, Don (Joanie) of Falmouth, Frank (Stephanie) of Portland and Julie Welch (Matt) of Greene; his niece Jeanne Reagan; his nephew Carl Reagan (Carol); his sister Marion Clark (Eddie Neuts) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Heather, Amanda, Cortney, Kayla, Ashley, Joseph, Erich, Rebecca and Seth; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Olivia, Easton and Jack.
