It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward R. Simpson of South Portland, Maine, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Simpson (Perry); his parents, George Simpson and Olga Simpson; his brothers, George and Richard Simpson; his aunt Selma Nielsen; and his uncle Norman Nielsen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many other relatives.
