He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. Libby and Sadie Libby (Pettigrew); and his daughter Lisa Marie Arbo (Libby). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Libby of Scarborough; and his children, Gary V. (Jennifer Libby), Ty Scott Page and Erin Carol Libby. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
