He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Welch and Anna Welch; and his sisters, Carol Ann Meehan and Joan Rice. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Welch of South Portland; his daughters, Kristin Bathe (Landon) and Missy Schifano (Jack); his grandchildren, Aidan, Bella, Jack and Fintan; his friend Carol Plummer (Steve); and his brother-in-law Don Feeney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
