She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hamlin and Arsilia Hamlin (Cote); her husband Douglas; her sons, Dana and Scott Pierce; and her sister Ruth Rand.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Pierce (Donna) of Venice, FL, Jill Shannon (Jesse), Leanne Duca (Steven) of South Portland and Janann Brown (Benjamin) of Rutherfordton, NC; her daughter-in-law Judy Pierce; and her grandchildren, Heather Lanier, Brandon Pierce, Nicole Phillips, Ian Pierce, Jennifer Brachman, Kevin Cromwell, Krystal, Shawn Shannon, Ashley, Chelsea Duca, Christopher, Blair and Andrew Brown. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
