He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles R and Mary Webb, Sr. (Crawford); his wife Angella Webb (Libby); and his children, Tucker Webb of Sanford, Laura Webb Bailey, Michelle Webb Soini-Adams of Georgia and Sean Webb of Georgia.
