He is survived by: his parents, Vernal Edward Sr. and Shirley Elaine Davis (Farmer); his stepparent Elwin Davis; his wife Barbara Hight (Burns) of Oakland; his children, Chandra Hight of Waterville, Sandra Hight of Fairfield, Helen Hart (Erik Hart) of Virginia Beach, Michael Hight (Ami-Lyn Robinson) of Waterville and Matthew Hight (Margaret Lee) of Waterville; his siblings, Frances "Jimmy" Hight (Nancy Hight) of Corinna, Betty Wing of Oakland and Joyce Perkins (Richard Perkins) of Waterville; his grandchildren, Sydney Grandmaison of Fairfield, Mackenzie Hart and Jackson Hart of Virginia Beach; and his stepgrandchildren, Zachary Gardner, Matthew Gardner of Waterville, Patrick Robinson, Isabel-Lyn Robinson of Waterville, Cody Ouellette of Oakland and Allee Larochelle of Waterville. He is also survived by his mother, father, and stepfather.
