She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Neal (Richard) and Robert Sheldon Neal; her husband Vernal Sinclair; her foster parents, Velma Mayo and Vernon Mayo; her siblings, Joyce Corson and Rodney Neal; and her brothers-in-law, Ronnie Sinclair, Gee Wintle, Buddy Smart and Theodore Erving.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sinclair (Cindy Annett) of Ripley, Tracy Sinclair (Steven Lavallee) of West Gardiner and Dawn Mower (Philip) of Ripley; her granddaughters, Swan, Raven Sinclair, Megan Stewart and Hillary Mower; her great grandchildren, Carter, Brooklyn, Iris, Paige, Adrianna, Bexley, Hazen, Colton and Mason; her siblings, Dale, Robert, Richard Neal, Carol Shepard, Jean Bailey and Ruby Woodard; her siblings-in-law, Peggy Sinclair, Bonnie Smart, Wilma Wintle, Beverly Erving and Gary Sinclair (Holly); her close friend David Sherwood; and her pet Bailey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, teachers, students, good friends and neighbors.
