He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur W. Rowe; and his mother-in-law Eleanor Flood. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Day Turner; his wife Christine Rowe; and his siblings, Robert Rowe, David Rowe (Patricia), Stephen Turner (Caprice), Roxanne Brooks (Wayne), Dawn Lewis (Glenn), Stephen Rowe (Martha), Ronnie Rowe (Lorna) and Randy Rowe. He is also survived by sisters and brothers.
