He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter William and June Bernice Sanner (Hamblen); and his brother David Sanner. He is survived by: his wife Debra Laurie Sanner (Reed); his children, Jeffrey of Trenton, Jarrett of Southwest Harbor and Jillian (Ben Lunt); and his grandchildren, Dominic of Northeast Harbor and Lydia Lunt of Northeast Harbor.
