He was predeceased by: his father Arnold W. Harkins. He is survived by: his mother Virginia A. Harkins (Wakefield) of Mt. Desert; his brother Richard of Bar Harbor; and his daughter Tina Brown (Steed) of Winder, GA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
