He was predeceased by: his parent Nellie Sr (Alley); and his siblings, Millard Jr, Adelmar "Tuddy", Wendell "Wimp", Carl Urquhart and Mary Caler.
He is survived by: his parent Millard Urquhart Sr.; his wife Colleen Urquhart (Farnsworth); and his son Orrin Jr (Terry Wood) of Marshfield. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; two sisters- Madie Seavey of Jonesport, and Gracie Urquhart of Cherryfield; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
